Permitted Use

Reservation Policy

Reservations can be made via the website, phone, or email. A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation from Plate & Sage. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel reservations at our discretion, and special requests are subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or modify your reservation. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. For large groups, a deposit may be required at the time of booking.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of dining unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards and cash. Please note:

• Prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.
• Menu items and prices are subject to change without notice.
• A discretionary service charge may apply for groups of eight or more.
